To ensure a complete experience, please arrive 10 minutes early and communicate any special requests. If you have any health concerns, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or allergies, kindly inform us so we can ensure your safety. Punctuality is appreciated, as late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times due to other reservations. Please note that full benefits of the treatment may not be realized if the session is shortened. 

 

For cancellations, kindly provide at least 12 hours' notice, as we make special preparations for each visit. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing adequate notice to avoid a 50% charge of the treatment price.

 

If cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, a 50% charge of the treatment price will apply.
